Remove sash channel assembly?
Any help would be appreciated on how to remove the sash channel assembly on my 69 chevy C10. The problem is that I turn the crank and nothing happens. The handle turns but the gears apparently are stripped inside? I have started to attempt this removale with not much luck. Thank you.

Quote:
1 With window down remove bottom felt by gently prying up and in do both sides 2 remove wind wing window I believe there are three screws on top and one bolt at bottom of track 3 Remove other track by removing bolt at bottom and pulling the entire felt/ rubber out of track then remove track 4 The piece that holds the glass has a slot in it for the roller to come out you will have to raise the glass til the roller lines up with that slot then you can remove the glass up through the top. After that just unbolt the mechanism and remove it. You can buy a new one through a vendor on this board or LMC. Go to page 16 of the LMC catalog to see all the components. Hope this is accurate and helps you
