Best SEMA Truck....one man's opinion.

Opinions and tastes are vast, but I love this truck. Nostalgic look with a disguised LS motor.....just plain cool.

I was working at SEMA and had to walk by this thing everyday......I need to build one!

So....... Is this what that cherry 50th anniversary truck in your other thread would end up looking like? I say go for it, I saw this truck on the Power Tour, it's definitely nice!

I really like that truck.Just my style.Times change and nothing beats where it all comes from. So,why not both? There it is! I did a pro-street '70 Stepside sleeper with a modified LS6 (454) and made it look like a 402.It had 14" wide steel rear wheels w/dog dish hubcaps.A little different approach, but same in many ways.It was badass and didn't look it unless you really looked.

I saw it there as well. Hell of a truck. There was a Duramax powered Chevy (68 I think) truck outside I thought was cool as well. But the Holly truck was all pro start to finish.

Re: Best SEMA Truck....one man's opinion.

gotta say they did a very nice job disguising that motor and i agree a very nice truck, wonder what the power was to the ground and if they made it sound closer to stock or not.

Truck sounded far from stock...full length headers with hooker Aerochamber muffs. It also has a 5 or 6 speed in it (can't remember which). As we where walking out of SEMA on Friday, I saw and heard it pull away onto the main drag....sounded good.
