long box wheel base vs sub wheel base

is there any difference between the 67-72 suburban wheel base and the long box pickup wheel base. thinking about throwing my pickup body on a sub frame.

Re: long box wheel base vs sub wheel base

I recently parted a truck that had a '72 LWB truck body on a 4x4 Suburban frame. I knew this by the fact that the VIN started with "CE". THe PO had to do a little modifcation at the rear of the frame to get the bumper to fit. The suburban frame is straight a the rear.
