air bags with no compressor
Can I install airbags and just fill them up and let them down with my shop compressor? And then later on get the tank, compressor, etc?

Re: air bags with no compressor
ok thanks for the info. So I can just order a kit, some shrader valves, and just use the shrader valves till I get my truck running? Anyone know of a good kit? I have 2 1/2 drop spindles up front, and the back has 6 inch drop, with shock relocate, and supertrack bar. I plan on notching the rear also? I just dont have any experiance with bags.

Re: air bags with no compressor
Mine came from FBI but they close so I heard. The 4-link came from Gravity Werx and they are close to our area. There's a few good guys here that bag but they aren't the cheapest but the best here local. I'm just shy of 3hrs from you.

Re: air bags with no compressor
I almost forgot but Dion Cole is in Conway, C Kustoms. IMO I wouldn't let him bag anything of mine because he messed my buddies up but he's a good guy and I'd look into getting parts thru him. If you don't know him I have his cell number. I was just in LR Saturday at a Arkansas Crawlers meeting and I'm still thinking of giving No Regrets a shot. If you were closer you could get stuff thru Omega out of Alma, I know a guy that works there that'll hook me up. His wife works at the Hospital with my wife. If you need any bag help let me know, I know a little lol. My '67 and '95 Chevys lay body, '67 on 24's and '95 on rallies lol.

Re: air bags with no compressor
justincat- You can use schraders and T-'s to set your system up to roll around while under construction. I suggest you spend some time in our Suspension Forum. There is a LOT of great information to be had there.
Check in the Vendor Marketplace for Forum specials, and hit our Vendors up for the best deals on the net.

Re: air bags with no compressor
If you're running just shrader valves I would recommend throwing a cheap
20$ 12 volt air compresser in your truck. Then you wouldn't be dependant on service stations.

Re: air bags with no compressor
i have my 4 shrader valves in the glove box! Up with the air pig or compresser and down with my thumb..works great. Don't need all the extra parts and headaches.
Be sure to get the 2-3 " drop spindles and shock relocator brackets for the front first. Thats were I went wrong.
