ShortStep Bed
I don't really know what it's worth,so I thought I'd ask. It's all apart, but it's complete except the wood strips. It has a new tailgate (aftermarket)and all panels are straight except one quarter sized dent in wheelhouse. It doesn't have the indention for spare either. He wants $400.Is it worth it?

Without seeing it it's hard to say, but if it's rustout free with decent fenders go for it!

I agree with gordo there, if that bed was up here I'd snatch it, specially being rust free, which is rare around here.

Sounds like a fair price to me too.

I just gave $400 for one that is almost rust free (there's a little just in front of the left fender) but no floor and needs new angles on bed sides. It also has the spare indentation, but I will fix that with a piece from my original fender that didn't have the spare cutout. I didn't hesitate on the price 'cuz good ones around here are rare.
