turn signal arm.....

going thru a box of steering column/horn stuff and found this handle. Is this one that might come with the deluxe model or is it from something other than ''our trucks''?

looks like someone glued something onto the end of a stock one. It that piece is an actual part of the lever/handle, then it is no 67 - 72 truck
