what exhaust do you think?
so my trucks mufflers are rusted out(i knew they were). i was wondering what you guys think would be a good system. it has a 305. id like to go from headers all the way back. and i want it loud.
if you have sound clips, post them

you can't go wrong with flowmaster 40 series... best sound out there... Period.

x2 on the flowmasters. You could also go with glasspacks, plenty loud and inexpensive

stock or mildly modified motor would be great with 2.5" pipe.. i wouldn't go any bigger than 3"... i had 3" on my 600 hp big block.

This is gonna be open to interpratation in a big way....lol
But you said loud so the Flowmaster 40's will work well. If you want max hp with a good tone in a stainless body it will be hard to beat magnaflow.Dynomax perform well for even cheaper Personally I hate loud and would never install flowmasters on a car/truck. In fact I have a nice true dual system with glass packs that the previous owner installed that I will be removing ASAP. It makes my ears bleed everytime I drive the truck and imho lacks a more sophisticated sound
