gas tank question
I know that other guys have installed a Falcon gas tank....what are they using for a sending unit? I have searched several threads and cant seem to find the information regarding the sending unit.

I'm admittedly not 100 percent sure, but wouldn't the fuel level sender need to be more compatible with the fuel level gauge than the actual tank? Obviously the sending unit must be calibrated for the tank.

Our stock tanks sending unit is 0 - 90 hms the Ford Falcon has one that is 12 - 98 ohms I believe. How do you calibrate or is there another way around this because the tank fits perfectly in without hanging down. I dont want a rear fill because I have a hidden hitch already. |
