Re: 1961 Windshield washer motor setup w/knob
Hi,
I'm interested in your seup, is the motor two speed and how does the washer pump work? Through the switch or a center push buttom on the switch. I have a 60 GMC and the only option you could correctly get was a floor mounted foot actuated pump. Although I am trying to do an OEM truck, there are common sense limits to what goes as far as comfort. jake 504-881-0265 cell

Re: 1961 Windshield washer motor setup w/knob
To be honest I'm not exactly sure how the washer works. This has been out of the truck for a few years now and i cant remember how it operates. I know it didn't have a foot operated washer. I do believe its a two speed motor. It came out of the highest optioned truck i've ever seen and if they offered a two speed motor in 1961 this is it.
