hood pics?
wondering if anyone has a steel cowl or ram air hood installed on thier truck.pics?if so pros,cons?thanks.

 nobody on this forum has put an aftermarket hood on since 2007? thats four years!!!!!are the payments too high?????

still wanting to see pics of cowl/ram air STEEL hoods. google search shows all silverados with hoods.
need some real life pics. front and side view if possible.thanks.

Lol.ok guys.I guess restriping would be a pain anyway.I do like the stock hoods also.didn't get too much from my rally stripes on this forum.guess you guys didn't like it much.it s a big hot around here.still world like to do more mods.time will tell.

Far as the stripes... do what you like; don't worry about getting the acceptance from others. I like the stock hood as well... cowl hoods are over rated IMO. If your payment isn't high on your truck and you got the extra $$... go buy one and see if you like it; if not just sell it.

i painted this hood for a guy i know its fiberglass but the ram air is functional
