New guy from Wichita KS
Hi guys, great site here. I've lurked off and on over the 2-3 years but finally joined up recently so I could post. I've had several chevy trucks over the years, 65 SWB, 70 SWB, 72 SWB, 74 3/4ton, 79 SWB, 95 X-cab 2500 and my current driver is a 2002 2500HD Crew cab. My first truck was going to be a 58 short bed my dad drove for years. When he parked it back when I was in jr. high I had great plans to fix it up as my first vehicle. My mom had different plans and didn't want it sitting in the back yard so she made him haul it to the salvage yard for $100 when I was gone to summer camp. This was in the early 80's... I've almost forgiven her now, LOL!
A while back I built a 48 3100 on an S-10 chassis (link in my signature below). Currently I am building a 53 3100 on an S-10 for another guy who asked me to help him out on one. Lots of cool builds on this site and lots of good folks too.

HEY HEY from down south (actually not Wichita, Mulvane but I just say Wichita to keep it simple).
That's a sweet build you did over on kill billet. I've got an S-10 throttle laying around that I keep meaning to throw in my truck one of these days, nice to have some pics to see how you did it, thanks! |
