Wheel lug nut question
I have boyd coddington wheels and my trouble is the lug nut holes. I have two 1969 chevy c10 pick-ups. Both 2 wheel drive. The wheels fit perfect on one of them. Well I switched the wheels over to my other truck and they have slack in them. It almost seems like the whole in the wheel is to big because its able to move around when driving after there tight, but doesn't do that on the other truck. I'm using the same lug nuts on each truck as well.
What can be the problem and how do I fix it? |

Re: Wheel lug nut question
Is the center hole on the wheel too small for the second truck? It almost sounds like it's riding just outside of the hub instead of fitting over the hub.

Re: Wheel lug nut question
No, actually the center hole of the wheel is bigger than the hub on both trucks.
