carburetor help
I have a 454 that I'm helping breath its all stock bottom end but changed the heads to rectangle port close chamber with a torker intake and a comp can extreme energy 284 hydraulic flat tapped cam what carburetor should I get ak Holley 750 or 850

rectangle port is a high rpm application. you will be able to use all the carb you can get, Usually I wouldnt say that, because most people tend to use too much carb. I dont know what that cam is, but I'd guess with a torker and those heads you'll be able to use all of an 850 and then some. Might not be a great combination for street driving.

750 carb and mabe a 2000 or a 2500 stall the cam and intake are not going to pull stong til right at about 2500 rpms
