what and where do you grind...5/7

well trucks been dropped a little while now.
and from time to time i hear some noise when turning wheel too far to one or the other direction.
i know ive read about guys having to grind something. not sure if its the spindle or control arm or what. or how much needs to be ground.

i lifted truck up one day and turned wheels to the max and noticed no noise, no touching or grinding.?? so im not sure what needs to be done.

Turn the steering wheel all the way (lock to lock) w/the truck on jack-stands under the a-arm in the ball-joint area (you want the a-arm compressed like the truck is sitting on the ground). Look @ the lip on each side of the lower a-arms. You'll prob find the culprit of the noise is the wheel lip contacting the a-arm lip (won't happen extended because everything is farther away vs. when compressed).

ill do what you said and see if im able to find the problem.
