Heres the 1 ton I got from Livrat

Here is the 1 ton I got from Mark (livrat). 66k original miles, mint cab and doors, some rust in the fenders from the batteries (both sides). Original paint on the cab and doors. Check out the original interior!! Not sure what I am going to do with it yet, but its a pretty cool truck! Thanks again Mark for helping me get this truck here.

Awesome. Looks like my old one, except yours actually looks like a truck My first truck was a 1971 1-ton i bought when I was 13 but it was a bucket, but either way Im partial to the c30's. Good luck with her. Im looking forward to seeing what you decide to throw on those frame rails

Nice truck Joe! I would think paint stripe and sliding rear window is kinda unusual for a 157" 1 ton. And you lucked out with the 4.10 gears, should be a good drivable truck.

Rob, I do think the paint stripe is very unsual for a cab and chassis. The slider is mint because it was opened when the camper boot was installed and never closed. And the 4:10 was a huge plus! And the cab was never cut for the camper!!!

Looks like a very cool rig! I'd want to find a longhorn bed for it... but I'm kinda funny like that.

Wouldn't it look cool with a Holmes 440 wrecker bed on it?

Re: Heres the 1 ton I got from Livrat

What a nice Camper survivor. Does the trans have Park? Maybe by '72 they did,but my '70 didn't. Let's see...you already have a primo flatbed. They did start making long frame wrecker bodies in the late '80s. A long and low sided dump body would be handy. Rollback and car carriers are cool but, since I'm a truck guy (like you),I'd want a medium duty for that. I think it would be awesome to take such a nice one to a camper company and say,"Time for round 2",then slip a Duramax /Allison in there. Man I love spending someone else's money!
