Thoughts and ideas needed......
A buddy has my old 62 K10, and needs front axle. We found a matched set from a 90 Blazer, 10 bolt 3.42"s with springs. Good swap? The price is right.

It depends on what the '62 is being used for. The 10 bolts are good for most uses, but if he is beating on them with big tires mounted to them, they may not last long. Also the 3.42 gears may or may not be what he needs , there again depending on the size of tires, and the transmission in use. Basically need a little more info.

It's not going to be a trail rig or jacked up. He's going to use it to beat around in, short trips to town, and on his place. It's got the 235 and 420 transmission. Has new 10.50x15 mud terrains on it. Nothing fancy.

Those should be a good set of axles for that application then.
