Added P/S to the 67 4x4 (Large Pics inside)
After fighting with the manual steering and 35" tires for about a year now, I finally fixed it. The "Armstrong" steering was getting tough in parking lots. I already had the front axle out of an 89 Suburban. The manual disc brakes were a major improvement over the manual drums up front. I snagged the steering gear and drag link from the same truck. I dimpled the frame and redrilled four holes then spaced the gear out with 3 washers. I had to trim the inner fender to use the Suburban pressure and return lines. (which i replaced with new) The pump and brackets are from a 72 C10.

Nice job! I am getting ready to do the same to my 1969 c/20. Do you happen to know what size the bolts are for the power steering pump to engine block? I have everything except the bolts. My arms are killing me with 265/70R17's so I bet 35's were a real workout!

Its a fun old rusty truck. I have some pics in my photobucket account.
http://s564.photobucket.com/albums/s...20Chevy%20K10/ It will never be a show truck. Maybe one day the rust will get fixed, but I'm in no hurry to tear it down. I've got my eye on a 72 Blazer, but I'll keep working on the 67 until I can afford the K5
