New to Old

Has anyone ever changed a 70 fenders and hood to 68? I have taken my 70 apart and have thought about changing out the front end for a 68. Can you tell me what it my involve? Does anyone know if a video or pictures is floating around on the web that shows this process?

Re: New to Old

I thought to be true but what parts is involved besides hood, inter-fenders,grill,and fenders. Will it bolt right up or does it have to be custom fit?

th efront radiator support is posibly diffrent.. i belive the headlight place mant specifically.. .. if you have some fab skills you can make anything work.. and honestly id go for it.. your not likely to find a solid 67/68 radiator support very easy thats in good shap... is yours not cancerous under the battery tray?

Re: New to Old

Mine is in real good shape but I have heard the two will not inter change. Maybe a new
radiator support is the answer. I own a metal fabrication company and feel we can do
a lot of the fabrication be want clear picture of the details before I get started.

Thanks gcburdic. I live in Winston Salem, My business is in High Point. I think I got it.
I have my truck tore down with everything off it. We are welding holes where molding
