Take off your door handles and have them powder coated. Had mine done in a "HAMMERTONE BLACK" It's a textured black that doesn't show finger prints. Also did the estuencheon on the tailgate for the rear window.

Before and after pics of mine.

To tell you the truth grill came from eBay I was really shocked cause it's not built cheap at all and it fits really well I did paint my rear key cover black but ended up getting a new one just liked the black and chrome look

Re: Square body Burban four link setups

Hey BLACKBURB, welcome to the board here are a couple of pictures on the 4-Bar I put on mine. I did Blistiens on the rear with Bell tech spindles and springs in front. The brackets are for a ladder bar set up I sell. I didn't want to cut the floor up because I need the burb to haul the Family.

I post a thread on the forum some were.

Re: Square body Burban four link setups

dude this burb is sick. i didnt think a gloss black would look good on our burbs because it was so big. thinkin this is the route i'll take... talk about bad ass. your blacked out rallies with the white wall confirm they look good. when i wear out these bfgoodrichs i plan to go white wall.

keep the pics coming and thanks for sharing

Welcome to the forum blackburb. Take a look in the Suspension Forum for some ideas on 4 Links. Maybe not a linked Burb, but lots of pics to get the gears grinding.

Re: Square body Burban four link setups

wicked burb, man, and thanks for stealing my idea

just kidding, dude, i'm doing satin black, haha. The guy that built my suspension said he had to do a 2 link with a watts link because to do a triangulated 4 link, he was going to have to notch up into the back seat cushions, haha. I think he did a parallel 4 link instead of a 2 link, though.
