New truck, new to forum
Hey guys, i'm proud to announce that i've recently been given a 1981 sierra shortbed, pics to come soon. Brother didn't want the truck after he got his new one so it was his grad gift to me. So excited to get to work on it.

Re: New truck, new to forum
all i've been doing is searching the threads, so many ideas. I definatley need new doors as she was a daily driver before we got ahold of it, mixed with the road salt, over almost 30 years of winter it'll need some body work, but mostly the door corners are gone. i'm too jealous of the americans with their snowless winters.

Re: New truck, new to forum
Welcome to the site. This is the best chev truck forum on the net. Don't sweat the rust theres body parts a plenty out there for these trucks. Congrats on the freebie! Have a good time with it. Beware though this can become a disease very quick. And there is no cure. Jusk ask my wife :-)
