1965 Long Fleetside C-10 292 Straight Six
Okay, so this isn't my truck yet, nor is it a build thread at the moment, but I figure I'd start here. Because I do plan on getting this truck. It's a 1965 C-10 longbox fleetside. 292 Inline Six under the hood. Original transmission was a three on the tree manual shift, that went out so it was replaced with a 3-speed stick from a car. Truck belongs to my girlfriend's dad. Once I can afford it, he said he'll sell it to me, because noone else wants it lol. I shouldn't get ahead of myself here, but some nice additions would be a tilt column with automatic transmission, and a stepside bed. ANYWAY, here's the pics.
Frame was bent front and back so I may have to do something about that. 292 Straight Six I know it's far from perfect, but I really want this thing to fix up. It'd be one more old '60-'66 to put back on the road. Whaddya guys think?
