windows wont roll up
The only way they go up is if I hook up a battery directly to the window motor. If I hook them up to the window harness they wont roll down or up. Everything seems to be plugged in. Any pointers?

Re: windows wont roll up
Check the wiring inside the boot between your door and door jamb. Years of opening & closing eventually wears the wiring out. Might be cracked inside the rubber sheath.

Or your relay may be toast. Check if you are getting switched input/output there. If it is bad, I have an NOS one that I'd let go reasonably cheap.
