If you have a 2wd 3/4 ton and would like to turn it into a dually these spacers are what you need instead of doing a front end swap

m6z yes its in drivers condition It will prob need a signal light switch the shift lever and signal light lever are pitted with some rust bearings seem good I will get you a quote in the morning
