Auto Tranny Leaking?
New guy here; I've got a '74 short bed stepside with a 250" six, automatic tranny. I had all the seals replaced on the tranny but if it sits for longer than a week or so, it still leaks. When used regularly, it doesn't. Is something backing up and running over where it shouldn't? This is driving me nuts! (Actually, that's not a drive, but a short putt according to wife.) I'm open to suggestions from anybody. Thanks!

Where is it leaking at? Wipe it down before it sits and check, should be obvious. Could be coming from a number of places.

Re: Auto Tranny Leaking?
Mine does the same. If I move it regularly, nothing. But if it sits for more than a week or so, all my fluid is gone overnight. I've never replaced my seals though, so that's what I'm doing right now.
