Any one know?

Any one know what these are? I have heard hood ornaments. The truck appears to be a 47 or 48. If not hood ornaments might these have been a stock option?

Navel destroyers. Every time you lean in over the fender to work on the engine they destroy your navel again. They do look like Hood ornaments but I'm not sure off what.

Re: Any one know?

They looked neat and are in perfect shape, I wondered if they were some rare option like the chrome fender stripes on Panels.
