Metal Radiator Hose!

How many of you guys "67-72" keep the metal radiator hose? Is there a reason to keep it?

Re: Metal Radiator Hose!

My 68 K20 still sports it.

Reason, it is more rigid than an all rubber hose and won't flop up and down on the alternator bracket.

Plus it came that way from the factory, and I am one of those that follows the stock flow.

Ditto for my '72 K20. Also, at replacement time, all that's needed are two short sections of straight hose -- cheap and easy to find at any parts store.
