Need Advice Plz
HI GUYS
Last week I took my truck to the car wash and I had a little paint chip I thought it was a bug.Well I put the hose to close to the paint and it popped My question is what could I do temperay to hide this spot untill I can get the Bed side repainted The spot is a little bigger then a half doller and its in the middle of the wheel well at the top of the bed I need a cheap idea for now just to cover it up any ideas I was thinking maybe a bullet hole sticker or ??? I have the same issue, I was told best is paint bed side, sticker might be too difficult to remove later.

Back in the 70s people had some pretty wild paint jobs. When they got a small scratch or rock chip they used to hand paint on a twinkle like the bright sun light was reflecting. At least it will stop the paint from pealing off more yet. There was some serious money in paint jobs back then and now way to match it.

if you have any buddies that work at a car dealership ask them who they use for mobile paint repair. there should be vendors that repair paint flaws like that. they may even come to your home or work to do the repair, I used a guy in az for my car once that came to the dealership I worked at and he did suck a good job I couldn't even see it. and it lasted the whole time I owned the car.
