Early Classic Super Track bar problems? Pictures needed
I just finished tearing down my rear suspension and this bracket for the Super Trakc bar isn't bolting up. It's hitting on the trailing arm. The holes in the u-bolt won't line up. ???? Any ideas? Anyone have pictures of the stock kit bolted up?

I may have some pic of the ECE super trac bar here:
http://photos.yahoo.com/bc/srcjeeper...c=ph%26.view=t Mine went on with no problems. Look at pic DSCN0458. It shows it bolted up at the passenger side trailing arm.

Ok sorry been busy. The right side bracket finally went on. No problem. The bar really needs to be in the top hole. But it hits the frame in that hole. New exhaust going to be tricky.

I'm not sure either but that is where mine fit the best (angle) and I noticed an ECE set up in a mag and they used the top hole.
I'll use either hole personally

Yeah, I guess it could perform kind of $hitty if you put it in the hole that it wasn't designed to fit into

Reumster, why would your bracket not work? Mine was so simple my 6 year old could have done it. It fits between the trailing arm and axle saddle, just like in the picture in their instructions. The u-bolt drops down thru everything and holds it in place. Stan at ECE said to use the low hole on my 70 because I bought the 6" rear coils. How low did you drop your Blazer?

It's ok now. Fit fine. I was tired and a little tuned up at the time I guess! LOL
It's perfect I love the whole kit. I really think the shock relocator did alot of good on the handling. And I notice the difference in rear end movement from max ride height to aired out.
