Leaking Summit fuel cell

Has anyone had a leak around the white washers in the sump part,and how do you fix it?

Is that an "o" ring type fitting? The fitting with the line hooked up appears to be a different type seal.

Yes it is.I guest I will have to put my hand inside the tank and try to tighten it up.
