leaf spring help
I spent all day removing my rear end and trying to remove the leaf springs from the frame. im dong a flip so the axle sits on the top of the leafs. anyway my qustion is how did you guys that have removed leafs before get them off? the bolts that hold them on got stuck in the busing so they just spin. i ended up just sawsalling the bolds off on the one side i got done. also how mant leafs do you think i should use? deciding factor being the rouf ride with all 5 springs on. please help me out so i can save myself fron another day of torture. -kyle

Hey special70gmc, in the past I've used a torch to burn the bushings out. If you think 5 leaves are a rough ride try it with 5 original and 2 add a leaves...
