Radiator

I need to make some more room under the hood. I was thinking that I could move the radiator a few inches forward, on the other side of the frame. Dosent look like it would take to much work, just have to cut hole's for the hoses. Has anyone done this? I would like to see pic's if you have them.....thanks

Re: Radiator

Interesting idea. Are you planning on using electric fans?

Re: Radiator

i've never seen anybody needing to move a radiator foreward in these trucks for clearance issues

moving the engine back for better weight distribution and handeling is what most guys seem to do

Re: Radiator

Yeah I am with Cdowns on this.

As I do not understand why you would want to move the raditor even more forward than the raditor support.

Re: Radiator

I do have electric fans on it now, but I want to put a blower on it in the future, just seems like it will be a bit tight. The engine is a 454 in it.
