Help Installing Sony Cd Player!!!!!!

I'ts in my dash, NOW WHAT???
How do I juice up my cd player in my 68.

I have a RED which is the main power, and a YELLOW which is like the memory or something,where do I plug these in?? ground is already plugged. I know there is a RADIO terminal, also there is a few IGN Unfused, am I supposed to use those any????? What do I do!!!!
Also I have two 6 1/2 round speakers...just speakers. Which speaker cables do I connect???? there is two sets for regular speakers and then another two sets for like tweeters or something. Could I just forget the tweeters, will the sound be ok if I only hook up the other cables??

red to switched 12v (ign)
yellow to constant
both of these can be run to fuse box

if you have only two speakers use white and grey on deck left is white grey is right.

Consult the installation instructions that came with the unit. I believe the yellow wire is connected to a battery source so it's always hot; fused if there isn't an inline fuse installed. This always hot connection retains the unit's memory and provides the main power to the unit. That leaves the red wire, which is connected to the ignition switch. All this one does is switch the unit on and off when you turn the ignition key. Be sure to check the instructions, I may have the wire colors swapped. The thicker of the two wires should be the battery connection.

Depending on the unit, there are several ways to connect your speakers. The pigtail that connects to the back of the unit will have 2 or 4 pairs of speaker wire (for front, or front and rear) that allow you to use the unit's internal amp. If you plan on connecting an external amp, there are usually RCA jacks for that on the back of the unit. Again, consult the instructions.

You better read the insructions again then continue.

The radio will have four speaker outputs (unless it is really cheap). Front left, front right, rear left, rear right. If you have only one pair of speakers use either the front or the rear (just choose one or consult the manual if it has a recomendation). Pay attention to wire the speakers with the propper polarity as well to get the best sound.

Also tape off the speaker wires that you do not use so that they don't short in the dash and mess up the deck.
