need a measurment - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Hey Guy's I have Goodmark bedsides on my truck and they did not come with holes for the lower tailgate bumpstop. I was hoping a nice board member could measure how far up from the bed floor theirs is so i could drill some holes and add them mine. thank you.

7 1/4 up om 72.

7.25 up from the bottom of the vertical panel. hook your tape on the bottom where the panel meets the bed and your good to go!! cheers, Pat

is it in the center (side to side) or is it off center a little. thanks to both of you guys. very helpful

Which one is the bump stop? mine has two on each side.
