Exclamation 54 3100/S-10 frame combo

The frame on the 54 had more frame rot then I originally thought, so I was able to come up with an S10 frame that has been C-notched and set up for a 4 link and air bags, and included the fuel tank. Got it for 75.00 so don't think I did too bad. Will have to shorten it about a foot and narrow it about 2" to get it to side inside the og front frame rails. Here's some pic and please let me know what you think. First time into this and need all the help you can give
