Having a problem deciding if I should keep my Eagle 212s or get 225s instead.

Re: Poll: Wheels
I like the 225. Thought about getting them for my truck but i have Eagle 211's and i hate them. They've had water looking spots on them since i got them and it will not cone off. I'm going with all Chrome next time

Re: Poll: Wheels
That issue is with any billet wheel not just the 225s.

Re: Poll: Wheels
Thats an issue with cast wheels, not billet wheels. These are NOT billet wheels.

Re: Poll: Wheels
If you got 2 G's to throw down, get some billet specialties Vintecs. Timeless design true billet wheels that look great on these trucks. Plus, if you sell your 212s you can afford the soles for them new shoes...feel me?
Just something to ponder on... |

Re: Poll: Wheels
Thanks for the feedback guys. I should stipulate that if I keep the 212s, I'd spend about $1200 to get 20x10s on the back and and another half inch of rubber on the front wheels. So I think I'll spend the extra for a fresh set, specially after seeing a few examples on this forum.

Re: Poll: Wheels
i couldn't justify spending the money for the difference in wheels, but i do like the 225's better but its such a small change. unless your current wheels are showing signs of wear and you are replacing anyway i would stick with what you have.

If you are going to burn 2k, couldn't you find some better looking wheels? Craigslist is your friend.

Re: Poll: Wheels
The 225s look right at home. The other ones weren't bad just don't blend as well lol.
