VA Complete Big Block (72 specific) changeover kit

A package deal for anyone looking to change over to a big block and wanting the correct 72 specific parts. You just supply the block
These parts were intended for my cheyenne super build but I moved on so these are for sale. Will try here for a week or so then this package will hit ebay...WILL NOT SEPARATE at this time. I do have other parts I will list separately in upcoming weeks but I am working on cleaning those up and also trying to decide what I want to keep for a future build

Newer 4 core radiator in perfect condition
4 core upper and lower mounts with good rubber
Perfect big block fan shroud
72 specific alternator brackets
Complete power steering setup with good hoses and reservoir.
Complete A/C bracket setup
All pulleys
72 specific frame mounts for the motor with the correct clamshells for a 72
Correct air cleaner with spark arrestor

I also have a 1971 402 that is an SS motor with an upgraded cam but I haven't heard it run. Got it from a person I trust who did hear it run and knew it was recently rebuilt. Asking 800 for that motor complete intake to oil pan (intake is sitting loose on top right now) SOLD

Thanks, I know it isn't cheap...but it's all there and I'll have a little over 200 in just shipping charges on this. Would sell for 1300 locally if someone wanted to pick everything up

what would it cast to get the 71 402 shipped to 48872 is it a 4 bolt bock?

Do you have a business it can be delivered to? If you can figure out the shipping I'll crate it or strap it to a palley (depending on what the shipper prefers) and get it to wherever you choose.

The 11Y140355 indicates (according to Alan Colvin):

1 - Division (Chevrolet)
1 - Year 1971
Y - Wilmington, DE plant
140355 - last 6 of VIN for which engine was assembled.

Heads are 3993820
1971 402 Oval port LS-3 heads

Intake looks to be 8268758 but I can't find that code. Also has B 2 72 on it and Conv 3 as well as GMTI stamped on it. It is loose (not bolted down yet)

I will see if I can get it delivered to a business near by. I do have the ability to lift it off a truck van style or flat bed either way though but I dont have a dock for the truck I will get back to you

R+L Carriers will ship motors ,just put a tire under it,use old seat beals to strap it to a pallet and drop at a local terminal for a super good deal..

I use them all the time. sold a 3.8 supercharged ford supercoupe motor from nc to la , cost me #215 bucks..not bad..I go to my local junkyard for them to pick it up.

what differences are from 72 to 71?

We're getting parts list gathered right now to change a I6 in a 71 over to a BB... this sounds like the ticket!

The motor mounts are 72 specific but will work on a 71....just not "correct" if you're doing a 100% resto...but since it was an I6 originally.... Also the upper alternator bracket looks different in 72 but everything would work on any 67-72. Other than that I believe everything is the same.
