Re: 17" american racing torque thrust II
I just checked the rims and there are a bunch of different numbers...not sure which will indicate the back spacing. keep in mind the rear wheels are deeper than the front. i do remember the wheels where sitting pretty flush within the wheel well. sorry if this doesn't help but let me know which numbers to shoot at you.

Re: 17" american racing torque thrust II
If Tim passes, I'd be interested in the spindles
BTW Mo...to measure BS, flip the wheel over, get a straight edge that will lay across the wheel (try not to lay across the tire), then measure down to the mounting area....

Re: 17" american racing torque thrust II
tim ups is quoting me 91.45 to your zip. the stuff weighs about 95 lbs. with the shocks.
make it 100 bucks for shipping and i'll refund you whatever ups doesn't charge me for. same goes to all others interested. I just cleaned them up a bit and look really good. |

Re: 17" american racing torque thrust II
I'll take this if Tim passes....pending clarification....they are 2.5" ECE drop spindles from your 1971 1/2 ton pickup, and you are also throwing in 4-KYB shocks and 4-coil springs??
Thanks

Re: 17" american racing torque thrust II
Let me clarify. they are 2.5 drop spindles from early classic enterprises. im throwing the front coil spring 4" drop and 4 shocks with them for free. My truck came equipped with rear leaf springs so i don't have rear springs. The shipping is for the weight of all items.
all items have about 17k on them and look to be in great shape. The shocks look good except for one of the shrouds has been crushed slightly from storage ...i assume. it's a smoking deal for members either way. thanks |

Re: 17" american racing torque thrust II
FYI, the lowest drop available for front coil springs is 3" May want to check them.

Re: 17" american racing torque thrust II
Sold on the lowering stuff. I assume it is a 4in or 4-1/2in drop total if it all came from Early Classics. The carry a 1in and 2in spring only nothing lower But don't matter I want it anyway. Thanks Tim
