Question Gas and oil

If your oil smells like gas what could be the cause for this and how to fix it.?

Your carb. could be running rich. If the engine is original or has some miles on it, the rings are probably a little worn, letting gas get by.

Your PCV valve might need to be replaced, not pulling a good enough vaccum and letting the gas fumes sit or giving a bad ring seal.
