?Brakes?
Got a strange brake problem.I noticed over the last couple of drives that the truck was a bit soft on the brakes.Checked and fluid was good.Today I jacked it up and started looking for leaks.I didn't find any fluid but I did discover the rear brake hose was cut.Enough that I can flex it and see the inside of the tube.OK,so I go order a brake hose. Then I look and the MC is still full of fluid. Both chambers.I never liked the brake bias I got from the adj.prop valve that came with the brake kit and planned on changing it but now I know it's junk since no fluid seems to be getting thru.I opened it up and same thing. Now when I installed it and bled the brakes they bled fine.
Has anyone else ever experienced this problem? I tried "Inline Tube" for brake lines.Ordered at Spring Charlotte, cancelled a couple weeks before Fall Charlotte. When they asked why I was cancelling I said check the dates. They never even offered to get them out right away. So I need opinions on who to get new front brake lines and a fact prop Valve from.
