Wish me luck guys!

Im going out tonight with high hopes of buying a 88 Monte Carlo SS. Some quick specs, l69 305, power everything, 100k on everything, fresh paint (its white with the redish ss logos, not sure if its a orignal white ss but i know its a true ss). Im currently driving my 98 Sonoma, Im going to use that as my daily and i would take the monte out sometimes if I get it. Just thought Id share (im kinda excited )

A tired warrior of the 1980s in a world of low profile tires, front wheel drive, and plastic bumpers, where people stay in their houses until snowplows move the offending substance from their paths, too helpless to travel without AAA and chains and salt, clearing their windows with longhandled brushes while gently stepping around in the snow trying to stay nice and dry.

Re: Wish me luck guys!

Did you just pay $1500 or did you trade the Sonoma + $1500?

Either way, holy crap...I am stunned right now.

You really might think about flipping it -- check Ebay and you'll see that you could be at least $5k richer by this time next week.
