Re: what steering wheel?
I can't tell you if you'll run into compatibility issues with the horn button - mine has a dash mounted button.....but when my `63 came with a little 13" wheel and manual steering I went looking for something bigger, quick! I scored a `64 Impala wheel off eBay and it bolted on plugNplay. Gotta love GM interchange.

Re: what steering wheel?
Love that Bel-air wheel. I'm thinking about using a '65 Impala wheel myself. I don't have a picture at the moment though.

Re: what steering wheel?
I found one for a 65 Impala, would that be generally the same wheel? what is a fair price for one in fair but restorable condition?

Re: what steering wheel?
I like that 58/59 wheel. But i can see some jerk about to hit me and i go to blow the horn fast and break the ring, lol. I like the horn cap from the 62 too.

Re: what steering wheel?
I really like the 1966 Wheel. Here is the Custom Steering Wheel for my '66. The horn ring and button have been rechromed. I searched a while to find the wheel with the stainless separating rings so I can do 2 tone paint on it.

Re: what steering wheel?
Does anyone have a picture of the 1966 deluxe wheel that has the horn ring cap with the proper paint scheme? Was it just blacked in or did it have colors in it?
