Seatbelt "BOOT" Question

. . . .

I'm trying to find out what car or truck had the seatbelt "boots" shown in the picture below.

They have a twist at the end to make it easier to connect to the shoulder belts I'm having made for my truck.

They might even come with an aftermarket shoulder belt set.
