How have you ran your wiring from the doors to the cab?

Maybe I need to be a little more specific. I have the nu-relics kit. They supplied me with the S style of rubber conduits. They told me to mount one end to the outside of the post on the cab. But for me to do this I will have to put the conduit in quite a bit of a twist to attach to the door. I am trying to get an idea of what others have done.

I didnt do the chases when I had my PW's in, I didnt like them, although they weren't what you have, NuRelic are supposed to be real nice.

Anyway, mine I drilled into the door and as close as possible I drilled right accross into the jam ( dont know what that is called) then I had to drill again in the upper kick panel to bring the wires out, big pain because it is all blind and I had to fish the wires through.

I would love to see how you have them in when you get a chance, pix please?

Look how it's done on a newer car to get an idea. You can run the wires about anywhere in the jam, just make sure it doesn't bind. I have done straight shots as well as off-set.when that conduit is installed correctly, the wires are protected and move very little.

Here's what I plan on doing. I picked up a couple of boots from a square body Bronco, not sure of the year but sure looks like they will do the trick. The ends are 2" on one end and 1-1/2" at the other. The 2" end will go on the OUTSIDE of the door jamb (door will have to come off to drill the hole) The 1-1/2" end will go in the door.
