Man,check with the magazine and tell them what happened. If they have any back issues they'd prolly send you one for free...I'd think. Nice gesture, though,Li'l Hoodlum.

Re: 2001 Classic Truck Mag.

Man that sucks. I save magazines forever and this summer I tossed out several hundreds. I only kept my 72 and older. Always happens this way, right after you toss something you need it.

Lots of guys have these on the board, I bet you get one pretty quickly ... good luck.

Quick question for you. What exactly am I looking for and is in Custom Classic Trucks or Classic Trucks. I have 5 or 6 issues of each ,CCT & CT, for 2001.

I have every issue of Classic Trucks and Custom Classic Trucks since mid 2001. I'll look at home as I think I have it and if I do I'll send it to you.

Re: 2001 Classic Truck Mag.

I think BIG ORANGE is a '72 suburban, pearl orange, 20" wheels, early impala tail lights and later model interior. Sorry to hear about the shop. If one of the other guys who have already volunteered cant find it, I'll start digging for you.

Re: 2001 Classic Truck Mag.

If I'm not mistaken it was 2001 Classic Trucks and had a black mid to late 50s model ford truck on the cover! It was a 2 page cover layout toward the back of the magizine! My God at the stuff that was lost in this fire! As weeks go by we start relizing what all we really did lose. I bought my truck 17 years ago and had the chassi completely finished and had all my sheetmetal for the build, and I'm talking 100% perfect sheetmetal. bucketseats console, highliner headliner, new refurbished tilt, all interior, power window kit,a sweet set of blackframed vent windows, lots of nos stuff. Man I'm so sick over all this and know I'm gonna lose my tail on it.

I just looked, I don't have it here. I do have a bunch of mags at my parents. The earliest I will be able to get there is the weekend.

Re: 2001 Classic Truck Mag.

i just did a google search for it it was the oct. 2002 issue of classic trucks. they call it "the surbanite suburban". that's a cool sub. i googled "omaha orange suburban in classic trucks" and it was the first link. i saw a thing about reprints but it asked alot of questions. hope this helps you out.
