bagged truck shocks
Ok guys here is my dilema and I want some opinions. I will start a poll to make easier.
I am going to upgrade my shocks front and rear on my truck which is bagged to the rocker. My choices so far have been either Fox 2.0 or standard Fox with dual adjustment, QA1 with dual adjustment,or Ride Tech's new wireless remote dual adjustment shocks. This is going on a heavely modified 67-72 that has a full PorterBuilt dropmember, adco sway bar, Trailing Arm DropMember rear, dual tank Elevel Accuair dual Compressor hardlined set up, F9000 rear bags, SS7 front bags, Flaming River Billet Rack and Pinion, Large Wilwood Brakes, 22/24 combo, fully built narrowed 12 bolt with eaton posi, custom aluminum drive line 2-piece. Magnaflow exhaust, Built LS3 supercharged, there is more just cant remember but im sure we get the point that this is spared no expense. This truck will be driven not raced or road tracked, mainly driven and showed, but whil driving I want the ability to have the adjustments on the shocks to fine tune the suspension. I know penske makes some as well as some other racing companys but im worried about the stiffness of them so Im staying away I definetly want to stay away from chorme as its a resto mod not a resto hood mod. Have you thought about Bilstein shocks?
