One Piece Products window kit problem
I bout my OPP kit in 07 and they were installed in 08. The body shop that did them had problems with them fitting the windows without a gap in the glass to the window frame/seal. I finally got the truck back from paint in 09. I have the truck almost done and we tried to adjust them again and the problem is that the glass is not the same size as the window opening and does not fit snugly in the weather strip. Even loose it does not fit and appears to be cut wrong? Has anyone else had this problem?

Re: One Piece Products window kit problem
I waited such a long time thinking we were doing something wrong(the installer was in touch with them at the time). I thought I had read something on the forum about glass not being cut right. When you adj the pass side where it fits in the felts to the front tight, theres a big gap at the back. If you center the glass its not weather sealed and barley inside the felts front ad back?

Re: One Piece Products window kit problem
Haven't they made like 4-5 revisions in the past years on the OPP kit? Perhaps you got an early kit, that has since been updated drastically...
