Wiring Harness????
Can anyone tell me were the little valve thing mounts and what it does? I think part of this harness goes to the 350 turbo trans???

Tim, that is for the TCS, "transmission controled spark" the one plug goes to a switch on the T350, the green wire goes to a temp sender on the passenger side head, the vacuum switch mounts (I think) to the right rear carb bolt. the vacuum lines connect to the vacuum advance on the distributor,
the operation of it all: prevents any spark advance unless engine is up to temp and in a specific gear (cant remember what gear) it is an emissions control device. I hope I got it all correct.. |

I can tell you exactly what it is. It's the funky little whatchamacallit I always yank off and toss in the garbage can cuz it don't seem to do nuthin' What's this on a '70?

You all ain't right!! Got all that done! Now ready to set the front clip on. Would like to have a picture of how the green wire is routed on the drivers side going to the sending unit in the head ?????
