LWB foward half driveshaft length
Will be doing a 700r4 swap soon and found that 84 had 700r4's and LWB but nothing about length when looking in the junkyard. Of course I could measure mine and assume a little shorter than mine with the th-350, but has anyone got one out they could measure for me please?
from 700 tailshaft to carrier bearing I suppose |

Re: LWB foward half driveshaft length
I have one from my 700r4 LWB that is currently disassembled. If I remember, I'll take pictures and measurements tonight for you.

Re: LWB foward half driveshaft length
Ran out of light by the time I got home tonight, but I should be able to snag a photo and those measurements tomorrow morning before I head to work.

Looks to be right around 36-3/4" from the end of the slip yoke to the end of the splines that the rear drive shaft engages.
