Green Truck Pics?

If someone has a link for a thread with some green trucks it would be greatly appreciated if you'd leave the link below. I have done a search on the site too.

Re: Green Truck Pics?

Thanks. I agree, the best one by far.
Looking at a dark olive truck right now, would be a good color change on it. I will know this week if it's still available, pulling the trigger if it is.

The light green is great too, c10 King's looks fantastic! You can find it with a quick search, going out for the night or I'd do it.

Re: Green Truck Pics?

Here is a green GMC a friend of mine found at a garage sale for $2,ooo!!!!A garage kept original paint beauty!!The only things he has done to it were adding the baby moons and tires, tint, and new houndstooth seat cover. This thing is a gem.I've tried to get him to join the site but he is not computer friendly.I drool every time I see this truck

Re: Green Truck Pics?

i always have a hard time telling a Dark Green and a Dark Olive Poly apart in pictures. They are much more easy to tell apart in person. Hope you grab the dark olive poly Malamute, can't wait to see pics. That's my 2nd fave green, depending on the day of the week, that is... Sometimes it's #1!!! I would LOVE to see a white top/dark olive poly shorty. I normally see them in white/dark olive/white/dark olive - but I really like the white (only) top and solid color body trucks for some reason... Dunno why - the white middle panel used to be what I liked, but guess I'm gettin old!!

Re: Green Truck Pics?

I'd say your friend got one hell of a deal Flint!
I should know by Tuesday if the other guy passed Jocko. All dark olive shorty with all of trim on the sides and tailgate still there.

Would be very easy to go white on the top. If the paint isn't original it's at least 20 yrs old so a dull, faded white would be easy to add to it until I get to the paint stage. My plan would be to drop it, get the interior where it needs to be and drive it. It has a sb 400 w/ 700r4 tranny.

Re: Green Truck Pics?

wow. so, let me know if YOU pass too!! I'm always lookin.... What year is the one you're looking at? Sounds like a nice little truck, dark olive shorty, 400 sbc, 700R4, sweet! Excellent candidate to build however you like without paying the "it's all original" premium up front. That is a good way to go.

It's a '69. NO rust! Interior is the roughest part of the truck and it's not horrible. Keeping my fingers crossed, will have pics by the end of the week if it falls into my hands.
