Another Sppedometer Gear Question

Finally got my 72 C-10 on the road and noticed right away that my speedometer is off. I'm running a 700R-4 transmission and 295/45/18 tires on the rear. I checked multiple websites for the conversion on what gears to use. I came up with a 34 tooth driven gear and 19 tooth drive gear. I was following my brother in his truck that had the cruise set on 60mph and my speedo reads over a hundred miles an hour. I double checked the gears and they are the correct color and tooth count. I replaced the speedometer with a new one from LMC when I was building the truck. Not sure what to think so I thought I would ask the experts. Anybody have any ideas?
